Welcome to Lyxresan Travels, a premier luxury travel agency focused on personalized service based in Stockholm, Sweden. We specialize in luxury hotels and providing comprehensive travel advisory services including travel coordination, flights, hotels and other arrangements. Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using our services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you must not use our services.

2. Service Description

Lyxresan Travels offers trip planning, organizing and coordinating travel arrangements through direct contractual relationships between you and various travel suppliers. Lyxresan Travels is not an agent of these suppliers, and therefore, cannot guarantee the performance of their services or accept liability for any losses or injuries resulting from their acts or failures. In these events, you agree that your remedy lies against the supplier and not Lyxresan Travels.

3. Pricing & Payments

Hotel pricing is dynamic and subject to availability and can be withdrawn or changed without notice. Changes in pricing can occur due to currency fluctuations, tax changs and other supplier increases outside of our control. We strive to provide accurate pricing information at the time it is quoted. Until such a time a booking confirmation is received, any increase will be passed onto you. Hotel room rates are guaranteed only when confirmed through a confirmation number. Every effort is made to ensure that pricing is correct at the time it is provided and updated at the time of payment/booking completion if required. Any fees charged by Lyxresan Travels will be clearly disclosed prior to payment collection. Payments are securely processed via our PCI-DSS certified partner, Travefy. By providing your credit card details, you authorize us to pass this information to the relevant suppliers as necessary.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our suppliers, including hotels and airlines, set cancellation policies that may be non-refundable. You are fully liable to adhere to these policies, which may require payment of fees up to the full reservation amount if canceled outside the permitted timeframe. These policies will be provided in writing prior to the confirmation of your booking. It is your responsibility to review and accept any associated amendment and cancellation fees before finalizing your booking. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover potential changes in your travel plans. Lyxresan Travels is not responsible for any fees incurred outside the allowed cancellation policy.

By booking services through Lyxresan Travels, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the respective suppliers. Lyxresan Travels is not the agent of any supplier and does not guarantee the performance of services provided by these third parties.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Lyxresan Travels provides information in good faith and takes reasonable care to ensure its accuracy. However, the information may be amended at any time without notice, and we do not guarantee its correctness or completeness. We accept no liability for inaccuracies in the information provided by suppliers. No warranty is made regarding the suitability or adequacy of any services or products provided by suppliers. Issues with supplier services or products should be addressed directly with the suppliers. While we commit to advocating on your behalf with suppliers to ensure the best possible outcomes, we make no guarantees regarding the results of such advocacy.
