Amangati extends that philosophy to sea. At 2:1 crew-to-guest, it will carry more staff than guests, the most extreme ratio of any commercial vessel on Earth. Japanese dining philosophy
Four restaurants anchored by Akari (washoku), Hiori (teppanyaki) and Alira (Mediterranean), plus a Jazz Club. Consistent with Aman's land-based culinary identity, the food is unhurried and meticulously sourced.
The Balearics, Riviera & Adriatic
The inaugural May 2027 sailings cover the Balearic Islands and the French Riviera. Later 2027 voyages extend to the Dalmatian Coast, with special sailings timed to the Cannes Film Festival and Monaco Grand Prix.

Each of the 47 suites ranges from 731 to 3,811 square feet, with floor-to-ceiling windows and a private terrace. Select suites include private plunge pools.
